Jon Secada as the judge of Latin American Idol
As most of
you have known it by now, Jon Secada is proudly the judge of Latin American
Idol. Latin
American Idol is a reality television series on the Sony Entertainment
Television network based on the popular American Idol. The show is a contest
to determine the best young singer in Latin America, excluding Brazil, which

"FREE" climbing up the billboard charts as the second single of "Same Dream" As "Window to my heart" could become Jon's new success after a while in Billboard Top 10, "Free" is doing great so far by your support. By July 28th, has been No.23 in Radioandrecords.com chart and staying at top 25 in Billboard Adult Contemporary...This is not enough fans....please keep on requesting this amazing song.
Also the video of this single was supposed to be filmed last week.

Jon appeared on Dj X new album
Dj X who is also working with Big3 records, did a great re-mix of "Window to my heart" and a new single by Jon called "What you won't do for love" a well-done cover of Bobby Caldwell song. The album is called Club Experience, Vol 4, which has been released on June 2006.

Jon's Las Vegas performance
Jon is becoming more popular in Las Vegas. Last week he did a surprising duet with Barry Manilow during Barry's concert in Vegas. Also he is going to have another great concert in Las Vegas Hilton dated Friday Sep15th, 2006.

Jon Appeared on Delilah Show on October 13th. It was a great show. Jon was at the Delilah studios this past Monday performing 4 of his songs acoustically including his new single "Window To My Heart". Following the performance, Jon and Delilah did a Q&A session. For your more info, Delilah show is one of the most famous radios shows , which is on air of about 222 radios station at North America.
"Window To My Heart" will be added to John Tesh radio show playlist on October 24th. Same as Delilah show, John Tesh is very famous. I can call it the male version of Delilah! Click here for affiliate station list.

2005 Hispanic Council for Reform and Educational Options On October 13th, Dallas TX, Jon will be the first speaker of the opening session. In addition, Big3 is creating a slide show that will contain still shots and home video footage of Jon with his family with “Window To My Heart” playing in the background.

I am finally officially back after about 6 months!!! My life is getting busier and busier than before. During these past months, I have always tried to update you by " Discussion Board " and I would like to thanks Mark and congrats for his OFFICIAL web site (www.JonSecada.net) to cover all of the important events.
Please try to check back the web site for my upcoming updates and some new changes to the site, such as : adding new pictures which I got them from Elena long time ago and they are unique ones , which you haven't seen before. - Deleting some low resolution pictures from gallery within upcoming week. - Polishing almost all of the pages and maybe replacing one or two new sections.
More important than everything is Jon's new album "Same Dream". I will provide you with some great information to cooperate with my friend Mark (JonSecada.net) to promote this album into its best way.

3-1- Maria has become the new member of my assistants team. You all have known her for the concert pictures that she took for me. She is also back with great news that we talked to each other after Jon's Joseph play. As she got this news by Jon, recording of New Jazz album " Expressions" got finished and the cover graphics remained. It will be out maybe in Feburary, no official release date has been announced. "Angel" and "Just Another Day" as Jazz remix and the famous song from Cabaret play " I don't mind that much" are included, total is 14 songs. He will try to do some performances in New York for the album. In addition, It was recorded at The Hit Factory Criteria in Miami and mixed by Eric Schilling in Orlando. | |||

3-2- Jon's new single as was announced before "Find Me In Your Dreams" will be out for Valentine day. Wait for Official news. 3-3- After singing, songwriting and acting!! Jon is trying to write the story of Oober Dementie( I hope spelling is right!) the baseball player, which may become a possible movie! 3-4- Broadway again?!!!! this is what I asked Maria! She said that Jon may be back on Broadway for this Summer! Let's see....Thanks Maria for all helps. |

4-1- Yes!! Here is Johnny. My buddy from N.Y. I'm happy that after coming to Toronto I can talk to him and Maria and update each other. First of all, Johnny is trying his best as usual to request Jon's songs by different radio stations. This is what all fans should do.
